Hello wedding party + guests!  We have created this page to simplify the tent reservation process and provide more details about your stay. My name is Kelly and I will be your point of contact for all things Glamping.  I can help you reserve your tent, answer any questions you may have and process payments. GLAMPGROUND INFO—

You can rent a glamping tent to stay on the property from Friday, September 20th to Sunday, September 22nd. No matter which day you check-in/ arrive, your tent will be set up and ready to go in the “Glamping Village”. We handle the setup/ teardown so all you have to do is simply show up and enjoy.

There will be 2 restrooms and 1 shower on-site for guests. We do not supply shower towels or toiletry items so please bring those if you plan to use the facilities.

TENT PRICING—

We offer two different package options: Standard Package (queen air mattresses) or Unfurnished Tents (your tent would be setup with floor rugs and interior/ exterior lighting but you would be responsible for bringing your own beds/ liens). Our furnished Standard Package can accommodate up to 4 guests on either 1 or 2 queen luxury airbeds. The following pricing has been subsidized by the bride and groom. The pricing is per tent for the entire weekend and includes our cleaning fee. Tax will be computed at checkout.

STANDARD PACKAGE- 1 Queen: $309/ tent

STANDARD PACKAGE- 2 Queens: $414/ tent

UNFURNISHED TENT- $230/ tent

TO NOTE—

We will be providing your group with a few complimentary electricity banks to keep your phones/ electronics charged during your stay. If you would like to make sure one is in your tent for you, or include any other of our available “add-on items”, see the list of options below and add them to your cart prior to checkout (shopping bag icon).

ADD-ON ITEMS:

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits 50% of the reservation total (if canceling prior to 30 days of event date: 8/20/24). If canceling within 30 days of event date (after 8/20/24) no refund will be given.

INDEMNIFICATION

Client hereby voluntarily and expressly releases, indemnifies, forever discharges, and holds harmless Company any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to Client, including those allegedly attributed to negligent acts or omissions. Should Company or anyone on behalf of Company be required to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce this agreement, Client expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company for all such fees and costs. In consideration of being permitted by Company to use its equipment, the undersigned agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company from all claims which are brought by the undersigned. Client acknowledges and certifies that Client has had sufficient opportunity to read the entire Rental Agreement and understands its content, and Client executes it freely and without duress of any kind and agrees to the terms herein stated. Client agrees to hold Company harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY.

Client is fully aware of and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items contained in the Rental Agreement and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this Agreement and assume all of the aforementioned risks. Client agrees to release and discharge Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB) from all responsibility or liability from such injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the rental items. Client further agrees to waive, release, and discharge all claims for injury, death, or damage against Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB), which client otherwise may be entitled to assert.
