Hello wedding party + guests! We have created this page to simplify the additional glamping tent reservation process and provide more details about your stay. My name is Kelly and I will be your point of contact for all things Glamping at Renee + ???? Wedding held at: 1444 Bulls Head Rd Stanfordville, NY

You can rent a pre-setup glamping tent to stay on the property from Friday, 12pm to Sunday, 10am. No matter which day you check-in your tent will be set up and ready to go in the “Glamping Village” for when you arrive. We handle the setup/ teardown so all you have to do is simply show up and enjoy.

TENT PACKAGES—

All of our Furnished Bell Tents come furnished with floor rugs, memory foam beds (queen or twins) on elevated bed frames, linens/ bedding, 2 sleeping pillows, side table, luggage rack bench, 2 camp chairs and interior/ exterior lighting. If wanting to add a heater or any other “add-on items”, please do so below prior to checkout.

Our Bell Tents max out at 4 guests per tent utilizing queen/ twin memory foam beds. You can mix and match the interior configurations to suite your needs best. To reserve yours, select from the bed configurations below and click “add to cart”. The pricing below each tent package is for the entire weekend, not per night. Tax will be added at checkout.

To Note: Info about showers/ restrooms?? ((())))))))))))) We do not provide shower towels or toiletry items.

Our tents are off-grid meaning we do not supply electricity, if you would like to include an electricity bank or any other “add-on items” please do so prior to checkout. You can see the list of available add-on items below.

ADD-ON ITEMS

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits 50% of the reservation total, if canceling prior to 30 days of event date, (8/25/26). If canceling within 30 days of event date, no refund is given.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY.

Client/ Guest is fully aware of and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items contained in their booking and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this Agreement and assume all of the aforementioned risks. Client/ Guest agrees to release and discharge Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB) from all responsibility or liability from such injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the rental items. Client/ Guest further agrees to waive, release, and discharge all claims for injury, death, or damage against Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB), which client otherwise may be entitled to assert.
