Glamping Tent Rentals

In-Game Glamping—

You can rent a pre-set canvas bell tent to stay onsite in your culture’s glamping area for the 2025 Reckoning Larp Event. Our team handles everything so all you have to do is simply show up to your tent and enjoy. Our tent rentals are priced for 4 nights, Wednesday, 4pm to Sunday, 12pm no matter which day you arrive/ depart. NOTE: Please select your Culture from the list below and “add to cart” prior to checkout.

Furnished Tents: Come with floor rugs, memory foam mattresses on elevated bed frames, linens, bedding, lighting, side table, luggage rack bench and 1 side chair. We offer Single Queen beds, Double Twin beds and a mix of interior configurations to meet your lodging needs. Have your own camping gear but not an In-Game tent? You can rent an Unfurnished Tent which comes with lighting and floor rugs only. We pitch your Unfurnished tent prior to your arrival and you bring all of your own bed(s),bedding and camp gear. You can fit 6-7 guests on sleeping bags if sharing and unfurnished tent.

“ADD-ON ITEMS”

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits 50% of the reservation total if canceling prior to 30 days of event date, (3/13/25). If canceling within 30 days of event date, no refund is given. We do not issue full refunds unless we are able to fill your tent spot, this is not guaranteed and all bookings are final.

INDEMNIFICATION

Renter hereby voluntarily and expressly releases, indemnifies, forever discharges, and holds harmless The Pop-Up BNB any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to renter, including those allegedly attributed to negligent acts or omissions. Should The Pop-Up BNB or anyone on behalf of said company be required to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce this agreement, renter expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pop-Up BNB for all such fees and costs. In consideration of being permitted by The Pop-Up BNB to use its equipment, the renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pop-Up BNB from all claims which are brought by the renter. Renter agrees completion of this booking is an agreement to hold The Pop-Up BNB harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.
