GLAMPGROUND INFO:

You can rent a pre-pitched glamping tent to stay at the 2025 Play Think Festival from 4pm- Wednesday, June 11th to 10am- Sunday, June 15th. Camp with ease and let us do all the work in setting up your glamping oasis. We offer tent rentals in two options: Furnished + Unfurnished. No matter which option you choose, your tent will be set up in the “Glamping Village” ready for when you arrive. Our tents are outfitted for single occupants, multiple guests and are very kid/ family friendly. To Note: This page is solely for booking your glamping tent stay, you need to book your entry tickets via the event link here: EVENT TICKETS!!

If booking multiple tents for your group, please email me directly so I know to place your tents next to one another.

TENT RENTALS:

FURNISHED: Our tents can accommodate up to 4 guests (5-6 if you have small kids) and are all off-grid, meaning our lighting is battery operated. Our beds are all memory foam mattresses on elevated bed frames. To see a full list of “what’s included” in each furnished tent, see the graph below. All of our package pricing is per tent and includes 4 nights (Wed-Sun) no matter which day you arrive/ leave. See the tent pricing listed below. **To Note: you can add on 1 single cot bed to any of the packages below for an additional guest. See the “Single Cot Bed” listed under “add-on items”.

UNFURNISHED: This package option comes with a pre-pitched tent with floor rugs and interior/ exterior lighting but no other furnishings are provided. This option is for an EMPTY tent. If renting an unfurnished tent, you will need to bring your own camp gear/ beds/ bedding. When renting an unfurnished tent, you can fit 6-8 guests on sleeping bags and up to 3 full air mattresses, 2 queen air mattresses or 4 twin mattresses.

• The venue has a playground, showers, bonfires, and a swimming hole at the Little Barren River.

AVAILABLE ADD-ON ITEMS

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, prior to and with less than THIRTY (30) days’ notice FROM THE EVENT DATE (5/11/25) forfeits the reservation “total payment” which is equivalent to 100% of the Total Rental Amount.  If cancelling prior to THIRTY (30) days of EVENT DATE, 50% refund is given.

INDEMNIFICATION

Renter hereby voluntarily and expressly releases, indemnifies, forever discharges, and holds harmless The Pop-Up BNB any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to renter, including those allegedly attributed to negligent acts or omissions. Should The Pop-Up BNB or anyone on behalf of said company be required to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce this agreement, renter expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pop-Up BNB for all such fees and costs. In consideration of being permitted by The Pop-Up BNB to use its equipment, the renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pop-Up BNB from all claims which are brought by the renter. Renter agrees completion of this booking is an agreement to hold The Pop-Up BNB harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.
