Glamping Rentals—
You can rent a glamping tent to stay on the property from Thursday, 4pm - Sunday, 12pm.
We offer tent rentals in two options: Furnished Tents (memory foam mattress with elevated bed frame) or Unfurnished Tents (these empty tents come with floor rugs and lighting but guests need to bring their own beds/ bedding). Furnished tents come with bed(s), linens, floor rugs, décor, lighting, luggage rack, camp chairs and side table. For a full list of “what’s included” in each tent, see the graph below. Tent pricing is inclusive of a 3 night stay, whether you arrive Thursday, Friday or Saturday. No matter which package option you choose, your tent will be there when you arrive. We handle the install/ teardown so all you have to do is simply show up and enjoy.
FURNISHED TENT: Comes fully furnished with either 1 luxury queen memory foam mattress, 2-3 twin beds or 2 luxury queen memory foam mattresses to accommodate up to 4 guests in each tent. The price for a fully furnished tent for 3 nights (Thursday - Sunday) is listed for each tent package below.
UNFURNISHED TENT: Comes with floor rugs and interior/ exterior lighting. Guests will need to bring their own beds, linens, camp gear, furnishings, etc. The price for an unfurnished tent for 3 nights (Thursday - Sunday) is $350 per tent.
To Note—
-There are showers and restrooms located on the property. We do not supply toiletry items or shower towels, you will need to bring those with you. If you would like to reserve an electricity bank for your tent, or any other items to enhance your stay, please see the available “Add-On Items” below.

ADD-ON ITEMS
Battery Fans
$25.00
These clip on fans help to keep you cool during the summer months + aid in air circulation. They are powered up with fully charged batteries/ usb charges and can last for 4-6 hours depending on the speed level. Price is per stay to rent them, not per night. Rental includes 2 fans. Must book an Electricity Bank if you want to recharge them.
Folding Table
$15.00
This outdoor folding plastic table will be stored inside the tent prior to your arrival. You can set it up anywhere outside or inside the tent as long as the edges don’t touch the canvas walls. Price is per stay not per night.
Electricity Bank
$60.00
This portable electricity bank can be added to your stay and works great to keep your electronics charged (cell phones, laptops, camera equipment) as well as run some of the camping equipment. Please note that this electricity bank can only charge devices that operate at less than 300-Watts.
Propane Heater
$150.00
We are proud to partner with the Mr. Buddy brand to supply our guests with an indoor/outdoor propane heater. These heaters will keep you nice and toasty during the colder evenings/ winter months and run on large propane tanks.
Movie Projector
$65.00
This is our most popular add-on and a sure crowd pleaser! This tiny (size of a coke can) movie projector comes with 2 downloaded movies ( or 8 tv show episodes) that you can pick out prior to your stay. The projector is easy to use and provides great quality images as well as lasts for up to 4 hours with its internal battery. You can point the projector at the tent and use the canvas as your screen (viewing your movies from the outside circled around a warm campfire or on the inside of the tent from the comforts of your bed). When available we do have folding movie screens that we can setup, if enough trees are available, and you can view your movie/show on those but the canvas tent really is the easiest and more unique way to go. Just let us know what shows/movie you would like added to the projector prior to your stay and we can get it all setup for you. It will be in the tent along with directions on how to use it, prior to you arrival. *Note you can only see the screen when it is dark outside so the projector won’t work during the daytime.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits 50% of the reservation total, if canceling prior to 8/24/26, (30 days out from event date). If canceling within 30 days of event date (after 8/24/26) no refund will be given. We do not issue full refunds unless we are able to fill your tent spot, this is not guaranteed and all bookings are final.

INDEMNIFICATION
Client hereby voluntarily and expressly releases, indemnifies, forever discharges, and holds harmless Company any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to Client, including those allegedly attributed to negligent acts or omissions. Should Company or anyone on behalf of Company be required to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce this agreement, Client expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company for all such fees and costs. In consideration of being permitted by Company to use its equipment, the undersigned agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company from all claims which are brought by the undersigned. Client acknowledges and certifies that Client has had sufficient opportunity to read the entire Rental Agreement and understands its content, and Client executes it freely and without duress of any kind and agrees to the terms herein stated. Client agrees to hold Company harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY.
Client is fully aware of and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items contained in the Rental Agreement and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this Agreement and assume all of the aforementioned risks. Client agrees to release and discharge Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB) from all responsibility or liability from such injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the rental items. Client further agrees to waive, release, and discharge all claims for injury, death, or damage against Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB), which client otherwise may be entitled to assert.
