Pop-Up Glamping Hotel—

You can rent a pre-set glamping tent to stay onsite at the Ironman Raceway for MXoN USA 2025. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to camp all weekend from 4pm, Thursday to 10am, Monday directly at the track! Our team handles everything so all you have to do is simply show up to your pitched tent and enjoy. NOTE: This page is solely for booking your glamping tent stay, you will still need to purchase your entrance tickets via MXoN ticket page.

RENTALS—

You can rent a furnished glamping tent that comes with: floor rugs, memory foam beds on elevated bed frames, linens, lighting and more. See below “what’s included” graph for a full list of items in our furnished tents. We offer Single Queen beds, Double Twin beds and a mix of interior configurations. Have your own camping gear but don’t want to mess with finding a campsite or setting it up? You can rent an Unfurnished Tent which comes with lighting and floor rugs only. We pitch your Unfurnished tent prior to your arrival and you bring all of your own bed(s),bedding and camp gear.

PRICING—

The following pricing is per tent and includes cleaning fee as well as 4 nights: Check-In 4pm Thursday - Check-Out: 10am Monday. No matter which day you arrive/ depart, your tent will be setup in the glamping village ready for you to show up and kick back. Tax is computed at check-out.

Below you will see a graph of the included items in each tent as well as suggested “add-on items” to enhance your stay. To Note: You can add 1 single cot bed to any of the tent configurations. Our single cot beds come with bedding/ linens/ pillow.

SUGGESTED ADD-ON ITEMS

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits the reservation “total payment” which is equivalent to 100% of the Total Rental Amount. In the case that we can find someone to take over your reservation, a refund may be issued but this is not guaranteed. All bookings are final.

INDEMNIFICATION

Renter hereby voluntarily and expressly releases, indemnifies, forever discharges, and holds harmless The Pop-Up BNB any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to renter, including those allegedly attributed to negligent acts or omissions. Should The Pop-Up BNB or anyone on behalf of said company be required to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce this agreement, renter expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pop-Up BNB for all such fees and costs. In consideration of being permitted by The Pop-Up BNB to use its equipment, the renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pop-Up BNB from all claims which are brought by the renter. Renter agrees completion of this booking is an agreement to hold The Pop-Up BNB harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.
