Hello party + guests! We have created this page to simplify the tent reservation process and provide more details about your stay. My name is Kelly and I will be your point of contact for all things Glamping. I can help you reserve your tent, answer any questions you may have and process payments. TENT RENTALS—
You can rent a glamping tent to stay on-site at the plantation from (insert check-in time/ date + check-out time/ date) . Your tent will be set up in the “Glamping Village” ready for when you arrive. We handle the setup/ teardown so all you have to do is simply show up and enjoy.
Our fully furnished glamping tents come with memory foam mattresses on elevated bed frames for a truly luxurious stay. You can rent a Single Queen, Double Twin or one of our Emperor Tent Suites below. Emperor Tents come with either 1 Queen and large seating area or 2 Queen beds and smaller seating area. No matter which package you choose, your tent will be styled and furnished with linens, décor, lighting and floor rugs. For a full list of “what’s included”, see the graph below.
To book your tent: Select qty of either “1 queen” or “2 twins” and click “add to cart”. Don’t forget the Add-On items! You can enhance your stay with a heater, fan or electricity bank (to charge phones and run small appliances). Select your add-on items from the list below and click “add to cart”. ADD-ON ITEMS
Electricity Bank

This portable electricity bank can be added to your stay and works great to keep your electronics charged (cell phones, laptops, camera equipment) as well as run some of the camping equipment. Please note that this electricity bank can only charge devices that operate at less than 300-Watts.
Propane Heater

We are proud to partner with the Mr. Buddy brand to supply our guests with an indoor/outdoor propane heater. These heaters will keep you nice and toasty during the colder evenings/ winter months and run on large propane tanks.
Battery Fans
$25.00
These clip on fans help to keep you cool during the summer months + aid in air circulation. They are powered up with fully charged batteries/ usb charges and can last for 4-6 hours depending on the speed level. Price is per stay to rent them, not per night. Rental includes 2 fans. Must book an Electricity Bank if you want to recharge them.
Movie Projector
$65.00
This is our most popular add-on and a sure crowd pleaser! This tiny (size of a coke can) movie projector comes with 2 downloaded movies ( or 8 tv show episodes) that you can pick out prior to your stay. The projector is easy to use and provides great quality images as well as lasts for up to 4 hours with its internal battery. You can point the projector at the tent and use the canvas as your screen (viewing your movies from the outside circled around a warm campfire or on the inside of the tent from the comforts of your bed). When available we do have folding movie screens that we can setup, if enough trees are available, and you can view your movie/show on those but the canvas tent really is the easiest and more unique way to go. Just let us know what shows/movie you would like added to the projector prior to your stay and we can get it all setup for you. It will be in the tent along with directions on how to use it, prior to you arrival. *Note you can only see the screen when it is dark outside so the projector won’t work during the daytime.
Folding Table
$15.00
This outdoor folding plastic table will be stored inside the tent prior to your arrival. You can set it up anywhere outside or inside the tent as long as the edges don’t touch the canvas walls. Price is per stay not per night.
Tiki Torches
$20.00
Rental fee is for 2 tiki torches, each filled with fuel. We will set these up for you and provide you with a lighter to get them going upon arrival. They work great to repell bugs and light up the tent area, as well as provide a calming asthetic. Each tiki torch is equipped with a full fuel canister and a tiki lid for easily extinguishing your flame. Like all fires these need to be put out if you leave the campsite or before you retire to bed. Standard fire safety measures apply. Price is per stay, not per night.

OCANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits 50% of the reservation total (if canceling prior to 30 days of event date: 9/24/25). If canceling within 30 days of event date (after 9/24/25) no refund will be given.
INDEMNIFICATION
Client hereby voluntarily and expressly releases, indemnifies, forever discharges, and holds harmless Company any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to Client, including those allegedly attributed to negligent acts or omissions. Should Company or anyone on behalf of Company be required to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce this agreement, Client expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company for all such fees and costs. In consideration of being permitted by Company to use its equipment, the undersigned agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company from all claims which are brought by the undersigned. Client acknowledges and certifies that Client has had sufficient opportunity to read the entire Rental Agreement and understands its content, and Client executes it freely and without duress of any kind and agrees to the terms herein stated. Client agrees to hold Company harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY.
Client is fully aware of and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items contained in the Rental Agreement and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this Agreement and assume all of the aforementioned risks. Client agrees to release and discharge Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB) from all responsibility or liability from such injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the rental items. Client further agrees to waive, release, and discharge all claims for injury, death, or damage against Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB), which client otherwise may be entitled to assert.
