Hello wedding party + guests! We have created this page to simplify the tent reservation process and provide more details about your stay. My name is Kelly and I will be your point of contact for all things Glamping. I can help you reserve your tent, answer any questions you may have and process payments.
GLAMPGROUND INFO—
You can rent a glamping tent to stay on the property/ venue from Thursday to Sunday. No matter which day you check-in your tent will be set up and ready to go in the “Glamping Village” for when you arrive. We handle the setup/ teardown so all you have to do is simply show up and enjoy. There are restrooms on the property as well as shower trailers for your use. We provide each tent with a “camp towel” for wiping spills/ wet feet but if you plan to shower you will need to bring your own towels/ toiletry items as we do not provide those.
TENT PACKAGES—
BELL TENT: We use commercial grade, high quality, canvas bell tents ranging in size from 4meter to 5meter. Each Furnished Bell Tent can accommodate up to 4 guests in a variety of sleeping options (single queen beds, double twins, triple twins, etc.) that will fit your groups needs. Furnished tents come with memory foam bed(s), linens, rugs, lighting, side table, camp chair, luggage rack bench, etc. To see a full list of “what’s included” in each furnished tent, see the graph below. Our Unfurnished Tents come with floor rugs and interior/ exterior lighting but guests will need to bring their own bed(s)/ linens/ camp gear.
EMPEROR VIP SUITE: These tents are double the footprint size of our previous listed bell tents and contain 2 pitches as well as 2 doors. They can accommodate either 1 Queen with sitting area/ lounge space, 2 Queens with smaller sitting area or 3 Queens with no sitting area. These tents are very limited.
The pricing for each tent type is listed under each package. Our pricing includes the entire event, it’s not per night. Tax is computed at checkout. TO NOTE: Our tents are all “off-grid” meaning we do not supply electricity. If you would like to add on an electricity bank, or enhance your stay with any other add-on items, please add those to your cart prior to check-out. Add-On Items are listed below.
ADD-ON ITEMS:
Electricity Bank

This portable electricity bank can be added to your stay and works great to keep your electronics charged (cell phones, laptops, camera equipment) as well as run some of the camping equipment. Please note that this electricity bank can only charge devices that operate at less than 300-Watts.
Movie Projector
$65.00
This is our most popular add-on and a sure crowd pleaser! This tiny (size of a coke can) movie projector comes with 2 downloaded movies ( or 8 tv show episodes) that you can pick out prior to your stay. The projector is easy to use and provides great quality images as well as lasts for up to 4 hours with its internal battery. You can point the projector at the tent and use the canvas as your screen (viewing your movies from the outside circled around a warm campfire or on the inside of the tent from the comforts of your bed). When available we do have folding movie screens that we can setup, if enough trees are available, and you can view your movie/show on those but the canvas tent really is the easiest and more unique way to go. Just let us know what shows/movie you would like added to the projector prior to your stay and we can get it all setup for you. It will be in the tent along with directions on how to use it, prior to you arrival. *Note you can only see the screen when it is dark outside so the projector won’t work during the daytime.
Propane Heater

We are proud to partner with the Mr. Buddy brand to supply our guests with an indoor/outdoor propane heater. These heaters will keep you nice and toasty during the colder evenings/ winter months and run on large propane tanks.
Battery Fans
$25.00
These clip on fans help to keep you cool during the summer months + aid in air circulation. They are powered up with fully charged batteries/ usb charges and can last for 4-6 hours depending on the speed level. Price is per stay to rent them, not per night. Rental includes 2 fans. Must book an Electricity Bank if you want to recharge them.
Folding Table
$15.00
This outdoor folding plastic table will be stored inside the tent prior to your arrival. You can set it up anywhere outside or inside the tent as long as the edges don’t touch the canvas walls. Price is per stay not per night.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits 50% of the reservation total, if canceling prior to 30 days of event date, (8/4/20). If canceling within 30 days of event date, no refund is given.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY.
Client/ Guest is fully aware of and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items contained in their booking and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this Agreement and assume all of the aforementioned risks. Client/ Guest agrees to release and discharge Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB) from all responsibility or liability from such injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the rental items. Client/ Guest further agrees to waive, release, and discharge all claims for injury, death, or damage against Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB), which client otherwise may be entitled to assert.
