Pop-Up Glamping Hotel—
You can rent a pre-set glamping tent to stay onsite at the Industrial Strength Summer Festival from 9am- Thursday, July 16th to 11am- Sunday, July 19th. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to camp in luxury just a short walk from the festival! Our team handles everything so all you have to do is simply show up to your tent and enjoy. NOTE: This page is solely for Glamping information, you will need to reserve your tickets/ camping/ glamping via the festival website link.
RENTALS—
Furnished Tents come with: floor rugs, memory foam beds on elevated bed frames, linens, bedding, lighting and more. See the below, “what’s included” graph for a full list of items in our furnished tents. Your tent will either come with 1 queen bed or 2 twin beds depending on the package option purchased from the event website.
All of our tents are rented for the entire event, not per night. No matter which day you arrive/ depart, your tent will be setup and ready to go in the glampground area for whenever you choose to arrive at the festival.
HELPFUL INFO—
Our tents are commercial grade canvas that is well equipped to handle the most intense of inclement weather. They are fully waterproof and as long as you keep your windows/ doors zipped you should be good to go if it rains. Please make sure your luggage/ soft items such as pillows/ clothes are not pressing up against the canvas walls as moisture can bleed through.
All of our tents are off-grid, meaning we do not require or provide electricity. It is HIGHLY recommended to bring a battery fan with you or a neck fan to utilize during sleeping. Most of the time the night temps drop to a very comfortable stay but it’s always a great idea to have some type of air flow source like a small battery fan. If you would like to enhance your stay, please see the list of available add-on items below that you can reserve from our website.
We do NOT provide towels for showering or toiletry items. If you plan to use the on-site facilities, please make sure to bring your own towels and toiletry items.

You can enhance your glamping experience by reserving any of the below “add-on items” via our website and we will make sure those items are included inside of your tent. Please add whichever items you may like to your cart and proceed to the shopping bag icon to checkout. We will send a confirmation email and link your items up with your glamping reservation.

Folding Table
$15.00
This outdoor folding plastic table will be stored inside the tent prior to your arrival. You can set it up anywhere outside or inside the tent as long as the edges don’t touch the canvas walls. Price is per stay not per night.
Electricity Bank
$60.00
This portable electricity bank can be added to your stay and works great to keep your electronics charged (cell phones, laptops, camera equipment) as well as run some of the camping equipment. Please note that this electricity bank can only charge devices that operate at less than 300-Watts.
Propane Heater
$150.00
We are proud to partner with the Mr. Buddy brand to supply our guests with an indoor/outdoor propane heater. These heaters will keep you nice and toasty during the colder evenings/ winter months and run on large propane tanks.
Movie Projector
$65.00
This is our most popular add-on and a sure crowd pleaser! This tiny (size of a coke can) movie projector comes with 2 downloaded movies ( or 8 tv show episodes) that you can pick out prior to your stay. The projector is easy to use and provides great quality images as well as lasts for up to 4 hours with its internal battery. You can point the projector at the tent and use the canvas as your screen (viewing your movies from the outside circled around a warm campfire or on the inside of the tent from the comforts of your bed). When available we do have folding movie screens that we can setup, if enough trees are available, and you can view your movie/show on those but the canvas tent really is the easiest and more unique way to go. Just let us know what shows/movie you would like added to the projector prior to your stay and we can get it all setup for you. It will be in the tent along with directions on how to use it, prior to you arrival. *Note you can only see the screen when it is dark outside so the projector won’t work during the daytime.
Battery Fans
$25.00
These clip on fans help to keep you cool during the summer months + aid in air circulation. They are powered up with fully charged batteries/ usb charges and can last for 4-6 hours depending on the speed level. Price is per stay to rent them, not per night. Rental includes 2 fans. Must book an Electricity Bank if you want to recharge them.
INDEMNIFICATION
Renter hereby voluntarily and expressly releases, indemnifies, forever discharges, and holds harmless The Pop-Up BNB any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to renter, including those allegedly attributed to negligent acts or omissions. Should The Pop-Up BNB or anyone on behalf of said company be required to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce this agreement, renter expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pop-Up BNB for all such fees and costs. In consideration of being permitted by The Pop-Up BNB to use its equipment, the renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pop-Up BNB from all claims which are brought by the renter. Renter agrees completion of this booking is an agreement to hold The Pop-Up BNB harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.
