GLAMPING VILLAGE—

Rent a pre-set glamping tent to stay onsite at the Gems N Genetics Festival from 12pm- Friday, June 5th to 12pm- Sunday, June 7th. Camp with ease and enjoy a cozy stay just steps from the festival. Our team handles everything so all you have to do is simply show up to your tent and enjoy. NOTE: This page is solely for booking your glamping tent stay, you will still need to purchase your Entrance Tickets via this link: Gems N Genetics.

RENTALS—

Our tents max out at 4 guests per tent. You can rent a Furnished Tent that comes with: floor rugs, memory foam beds on elevated bed frames, linens, bedding, lighting and more. See the below, “what’s included” graph for a full list of items in our furnished tents. We offer Queen beds, Twin beds and a mix of interior configurations to meet your groups needs. Have your own camping gear but don’t want to mess with setting it up? You can rent an Unfurnished Tent which comes with lighting and floor rugs only. We pitch your Unfurnished tent prior to your arrival and you bring all of your own bed(s),bedding and camp gear.

PRICING—

The per tent fee includes up to 2 nights stay (Fri-Sun), no matter which day you arrive/ depart. The price per tent is listed below each package option and includes our cleaning fee. Tax is computed at checkout.

Please select the qty of the tent package/ configuration you would like and click “add to cart”. To Note: All of our tents are off-grid, meaning we do not require or provide electricity. If you would like to rent one of our electricity banks to charge your phone/ electronics for the weekend, please add one to your cart prior to checkout. You can find the electricity banks as well as other items to enhance your stay listed under “add-on items” below.

“ADD-ON ITEMS”

CANCELLATIONS: We DO NOT provide refunds for cancellations. Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits the reservation “total payment” which is equivalent to 100% of the Total Rental Amount. In the case that we can find someone to take over your reservation, a refund may be issued but this is not guaranteed. All bookings are final.

In the extenuating circumstance that we are unable to make it or unable to provide our glamping services, we would issue all bookings a 100% refund.

INDEMNIFICATION

Renter hereby voluntarily and expressly releases, indemnifies, forever discharges, and holds harmless The Pop-Up BNB any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to renter, including those allegedly attributed to negligent acts or omissions. Should The Pop-Up BNB or anyone on behalf of said company be required to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce this agreement, renter expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pop-Up BNB for all such fees and costs. In consideration of being permitted by The Pop-Up BNB to use its equipment, the renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pop-Up BNB from all claims which are brought by the renter. Renter agrees completion of this booking is an agreement to hold The Pop-Up BNB harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.
