Hello wedding party + guests! We have created this page to simplify the tent reservation process and provide more details about your stay. My name is Kelly and I will be your point of contact for all things Glamping. I can help you reserve your tent, answer any questions you may have and process payments. You can rent a glamping tent to stay on the property from Friday, September 1st to Monday, September 4th. No matter which day you check-in your tent will be set up and ready to go in the “Glamping Village” for when you arrive. We handle the setup/ teardown so all you have to do is simply show up and enjoy.
There are restrooms and shower trailers on the property for your use. We provide each tent with a “camp towel” for wiping spills/ wet feet but if you plan to shower you will need to bring your own towels/ toiletry items as we do not provide those.
There will be a styled Hangout Lounge/ Getting Ready Tent for guests to use during the weekend. There will be electricity available at this tent to run hair styling tools, irons, etc.

We offer two different package options for our Furnished Tents: Standard Package (air mattresses) or VIP Package (memory foam mattresses with bed frames) to provide a truly luxurious stay. Each tent can accommodate up to 4 guests on either 1 queen or 2 queen beds. For parties of 5 guests we do have some available cots that can be furnished and added to your tent for an additional $100. These single cot beds are very limited and are only available as an addition to a double queen bed tent. Please email me if you would like to add one to your booking.
The following pricing is for the entire weekend (not per night). It includes our cleaning fee and a subsidized amount provided by the bride and groom. Tax will be computed at checkout.
STANDARD PACKAGE- 1 Queen: $380/ tent
STANDARD PACKAGE- 2 Queens: $569/ tent
VIP PACKAGE- 1 Queen: $640/ tent
VIP PACKAGE- 2 Queens: $829/ tent

TO NOTE: We will be providing your group with a few complimentary electricity banks to keep your phones/ electronics charged. If you would like to include your own electricity bank or any other add-on items, see the list below and add those to your cart prior to check-out.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits 50% of the reservation total, if canceling prior to 30 days of event date, (8/3/23). If canceling within 30 days of event date, no refund is given.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY.
Client/ Guest is fully aware of and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items contained in their booking and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this Agreement and assume all of the aforementioned risks. Client/ Guest agrees to release and discharge Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB) from all responsibility or liability from such injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the rental items. Client/ Guest further agrees to waive, release, and discharge all claims for injury, death, or damage against Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB), which client otherwise may be entitled to assert.
