Tickets for the festival itself still need to be purchased at Burning Ma’am Tickets
You can rent a glamping tent to stay on-site at the festival from 12pm, Friday to 12pm Sunday (2 nights).
Your tent will be setup and ready to go in the Glamping Village area for whichever date/ time you arrive.
FURNISHED BELL TENT: Comes fully furnished with memory foam Queen or Twin beds on elevated bed frames accommodating up to 4 guests/ tent. Furnishings include: bed(s), linens, floor rugs, décor, lighting, luggage rack, camp chairs and side table. For a full list of “what’s included” in each furnished tent, see the graph below.
UNFURNISHED BELL TENT: These bell tents come fully set up with floor rugs and interior/ exterior lighting. No other furnishings are provided so guests will need to bring their own bed/ bedding/ camp gear. You can fit up to 6-8 guests on sleeping bags/ sleeping pads. Unfurnished tents can fit a max of 2 queen blow up beds or 3 full blow up mattresses.
All of our tents are off-grid meaning we do not provide electricity as our lighting is battery operated. If you would like to enhance your stay with an electricity bank or any other “add-on item”, please see the list below and add to cart prior to checkout.

This portable electricity bank can be added to your stay and works great to keep your electronics charged (cell phones, laptops, camera equipment) as well as run some of the camping equipment. Please note that this electricity bank can only charge devices that operate at less than 300-Watts.
These clip on fans help to keep you cool during the summer months + aid in air circulation. They are powered up with fully charged batteries/ usb charges and can last for 4-6 hours depending on the speed level. Price is per stay to rent them, not per night. Rental includes 2 fans. Must book an Electricity Bank if you want to recharge them.
We are proud to partner with the Mr. Buddy brand to supply our guests with an indoor/outdoor propane heater. These heaters will keep you nice and toasty during the colder evenings/ winter months and run on large propane tanks.
This outdoor folding plastic table will be stored inside the tent prior to your arrival. You can set it up anywhere outside or inside the tent as long as the edges don’t touch the canvas walls. Price is per stay not per night.
This is our most popular add-on and a sure crowd pleaser! This tiny (size of a coke can) movie projector comes with 2 downloaded movies ( or 8 tv show episodes) that you can pick out prior to your stay. The projector is easy to use and provides great quality images as well as lasts for up to 4 hours with its internal battery. You can point the projector at the tent and use the canvas as your screen (viewing your movies from the outside circled around a warm campfire or on the inside of the tent from the comforts of your bed). When available we do have folding movie screens that we can setup, if enough trees are available, and you can view your movie/show on those but the canvas tent really is the easiest and more unique way to go. Just let us know what shows/movie you would like added to the projector prior to your stay and we can get it all setup for you. It will be in the tent along with directions on how to use it, prior to you arrival. *Note you can only see the screen when it is dark outside so the projector won’t work during the daytime.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits 50% of the reservation total, if canceling prior to 4/22/26, (30 days out from event date). If canceling within 30 days of event date (after 4/22/26) no refund will be given. We do not issue full refunds unless we are able to fill your tent spot, this is not guaranteed and all bookings are final.
INDEMNIFICATION
“Client” (Guest/ Reservation) by submitting booking (payment) hereby voluntarily and expressly releases, indemnifies, forever discharges, and holds harmless “Company” Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB) any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to Client, including those allegedly attributed to negligent acts or omissions. Should Company or anyone on behalf of Company be required to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce this agreement, Client expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company for all such fees and costs. In consideration of being permitted by Company to use its equipment, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company from all claims which are brought by the Client. Client agrees to hold Company harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY.
By submitting payment and finalizing booking, Client agrees to hold Company harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause. Client is fully aware of and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items contained in the reservation and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this Agreement and assume all of the aforementioned risks.
DAMAGED OR MISSING RENTAL ITEMS
Damages include, but are not limited to chipped, cracked or broken items, stained and torn upholstery or fabric that are beyond normal wear and tear, loss or damage due to theft, burglary, misuse, abuse, theft by conversion, intentional damage, disappearance, or loss due to Client’s failure to care for the Rental Items, including damage as a result of leaving Rental Items out in the rain or in a sprinkler system. Client shall be responsible for the full replacement cost of damaged or lost Rental Items and if fabric and upholstered items are returned stained or torn, the cost of cleaning. If Client discovers damaged or missing rental items prior to the start of the event, Client must notify Company immediately. If possible, Company will provide a replacement for any damaged or missing rental items prior to the event start time. If not possible to provide any replacements, Company will refund the appropriate fee associated with the damaged/missing items. Any damages occurring after the Rental Items are delivered to Client, including damage occurring as a result of any person other than a Company representative moving the Rental Items from the location where they were placed by Company are the sole responsibility of Client, whether actually caused by Client or by Client’s guests.
Inclement Weather: Client further agrees to arrange effective provisions so that, in the event of rain or inclement conditions, goods will be shielded from the elements and/or protected from damage (ie: placing items inside the tents and making sure tents are zipped). For any costs owed to the Company for any damage repair, Client shall remit payment to Company within 30 days following Company’s written request.
