Hello wedding party + guests! We have created this page to simplify the tent reservation process and provide more details about your stay. My name is Kelly and I will be your point of contact for all things Glamping.  I can help you reserve your tent, answer any questions you may have and process payments. GLAMPGROUND INFO—

You can rent a glamping tent to stay on the property from Thursday, 4pm to Sunday, 10am. No matter which day you check-in your tent will be set up and ready to go in the “Glamping Village” for when you arrive. We handle the setup/ teardown so all you have to do is simply show up and enjoy.

There are restrooms and showers on the property for your use. We provide each tent with a “camp towel” for wiping spills/ wet feet but if you plan to shower you will need to bring your own towels/ toiletry items as we do not provide those.

TENT PRICING—

Each bell tent can accommodate up to 4 guests on either 1 queen bed or 2 queen beds. The only difference in packaging is that our “Standard Package” comes with air mattress beds and our “Premium Package” comes with memory foam beds on elevated bed frames. To see a full list of “what’s included” in each of our furnished tents- see the graph below. If you would like to bring your own bed/ bedding, you can rent one of our “Unfurnished Tents” which come with floor rugs and interior/ exterior lighting. No other furnishings will be provided so you will need to bring your own beds/ linens, etc. Our unfurnished tent pricing includes setup/ teardown as well.

The following pricing is per tent for the entire weekend and includes our cleaning fee. Tax will be computed at checkout.

STANDARD PACKAGE- 1 Queen: $450/ tent

STANDARD PACKAGE- 2 Queens: $630/ tent

PREMIUM PACKAGE- 1 Queen: $630/ tent

PREMIUM PACKAGE- 2 Queens: $810/ tent

UNFURNISHED TENT: $315/ tent

TO NOTE: We will be providing your group with a few complimentary electricity banks to keep your phones/ electronics charged. If you would like to include your own electricity bank or any other add-on items, see the list below and add those to your cart prior to check-out.

AVAILABLE ADD-ON ITEMS: SOLD OUT

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits 50% of the reservation total, if canceling prior to 30 days of event date, (9/17/24). If canceling within 30 days of event date, no refund is given.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY.

Client/ Guest is fully aware of and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items contained in their booking and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this Agreement and assume all of the aforementioned risks. Client/ Guest agrees to release and discharge Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB) from all responsibility or liability from such injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the rental items. Client/ Guest further agrees to waive, release, and discharge all claims for injury, death, or damage against Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB), which client otherwise may be entitled to assert.
