Hello wedding party + guests! We have created this page to simplify the additional glamping tent reservation process and provide more details about your stay. My name is Kelly and I will be your point of contact for all things Glamping at Brett + Madi’s Wedding held at Gilbertsville Farmhouse located at: 336 Coye Brook Rd, South New Berlin, NY 13843

You can rent a pre-setup glamping tent to stay on the property from Friday, 11am to Sunday, 11am. No matter which day you check-in your tent will be set up and ready to go in the “Glamping Village” for when you arrive. We handle the setup/ teardown so all you have to do is simply show up and enjoy.

TENT PACKAGES—

All of our Bell Tents come furnished with floor rugs, memory foam beds (queen or twins) on elevated bed frames, linens/ bedding, 2 sleeping pillows, side table, luggage rack bench, 2 camp chairs and interior/ exterior lighting.

Our Bell Tents max out at 5 guests per tent. To reserve yours, select from the bed configurations below and click “add to cart”. The pricing below each tent package is for the entire weekend (not per night) and it includes the cleaning fee. Tax will be added at checkout. To enhance your stay, see the available “add-on items” below. You can purchase add-on items with your order up until 7 days prior to your stay. Our “add-on items” are all booked on a first come bases so if you know you’re wanting one now, add it to your cart before checkout to avoid us being sold out at a later date.

To Note: There is a shower/ restroom house located in the glamping area for your use. We do not provide shower towels or toiletry items, those would need to be provided by you or you can check with the venue to see if they have extra.

POPULAR ADD-ON ITEMS:

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits 50% of the reservation total, if canceling prior to 30 days of event date, (8/23/24). If canceling within 30 days of event date, no refund is given.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY.

Client/ Guest is fully aware of and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items contained in their booking and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this Agreement and assume all of the aforementioned risks. Client/ Guest agrees to release and discharge Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB) from all responsibility or liability from such injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the rental items. Client/ Guest further agrees to waive, release, and discharge all claims for injury, death, or damage against Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB), which client otherwise may be entitled to assert.
