Welcome LARP Community!!! You can rent a pre-pitched canvas tent to stay at the “In Game” glamping section of the Brandywine LARP Festival from 4pm- Wednesday, September 30th to 10am- Sunday, October 4th (with an option to add on an early check-in for Tuesday, September 29th for an additional fee). Camp with ease at this 5 day, 4 night festival and let us do all the work in setting up/ tearing down your tent stay. We offer multiple tent options to fit your needs, no matter which option you choose or what day you arrive/ depart, your tent will be ready for you. We handle the setup/ teardown so all you have to do is simply show up and enjoy. Have your own “in-game” tent but looking for assistance with installing? IN GAME CANVAS TENT RENTALS:
FURNISHED BELL TENTS: Our Bell Tents can accommodate up to 4 guests per tent and are all off-grid, meaning our lighting is battery operated and the tents do not come with power/ electricity. Beds are memory foam queen/ twin mattresses on elevated bed frames and come with linens, bedding and pillows. The tents are furnished additionally with floor rugs, side table, camp chair, center pole string lighting and miscellaneous decor.
EMPEROR SUITES: Our Emperor Tents are larger in size and have 2 doors. These tents are off-grid meaning our lighting is battery operated. These can only be rented furnished and can fit up to 6 guests per Emperor Tent using 1, 2 or 3 queen beds. These tents come with the same furnishings as our Furnished Bell Tents, the only difference is we provide a sitting area/ lounge space with a single or double queen configuration. Our triple queen beds do not have room for an additional seating area.
UNFURNISHED BELL TENTS: This pre-pitched bell tent comes empty with floor rugs and interior center pole string lighting, but no other furnishings are provided. This option is for an EMPTY tent. If renting an unfurnished tent, you will need to bring your own camp gear/ beds/ bedding. When renting an unfurnished tent, you can fit up to 6 guests on sleeping bags but can only fit a max of 2 queen air beds per tent or 3 full size air beds.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, prior to and with less than THIRTY (30) days’ notice FROM THE EVENT DATE (8/30/26) forfeits the reservation “total payment” which is equivalent to 100% of the Total Rental Amount. If cancelling prior to THIRTY (30) days of EVENT DATE, 50% refund is given.
INDEMNIFICATION
Renter hereby voluntarily and expressly releases, indemnifies, forever discharges, and holds harmless The Pop-Up BNB any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to renter, including those allegedly attributed to negligent acts or omissions. Should The Pop-Up BNB or anyone on behalf of said company be required to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce this agreement, renter expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pop-Up BNB for all such fees and costs. In consideration of being permitted by The Pop-Up BNB to use its equipment, the renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pop-Up BNB from all claims which are brought by the renter. Renter agrees completion of this booking is an agreement to hold The Pop-Up BNB harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.
