GLAMPGROUND INFO:

You can rent a pre-pitched glamping tent to stay at the Birch Rock Campground from Thursday, 2pm - Sunday, 10am. Camp with ease and let us do all the work in setting up your glamping oasis. We offer tent rentals in two options: Furnished + Unfurnished. No matter which option you choose, your tent will be set up in the “Glamping Village” ready for when you arrive. We handle the setup/ teardown so all you have to do is simply show up and enjoy.

TENT RENTALS:

FURNISHED BELL TENTS: Our Bell Tents can accommodate up to 5 guests and are all off-grid, meaning our lighting is battery operated. Our beds are all memory foam mattresses on elevated bed frames. To see a full list of “what’s included” in each furnished tent, see the graph below. All of our package pricing is per tent and includes the entire event, pricing is not per night. We can outfit your tent with a single queen, double twin beds, triple twin beds or 1 queen + 2 twin beds. You can add a furnished single cot bed to your furnished tent order to accommodate a 5th guest.

UNFURNISHED: This package option comes with a pre-pitched tent with floor rugs and interior/ exterior lighting but no other furnishings are provided. This option is for an EMPTY tent. If renting an unfurnished tent, you will need to bring your own camp gear/ beds/ bedding. When renting an unfurnished tent, you can fit 6-8 guests on sleeping bags and up to 3 full air mattresses, 2 queen air mattresses or 4 twin mattresses.

To Note—

We do not supply toiletry items or shower towels, you will need to bring those with you. If you would like to reserve an electricity bank for your tent, or any other items to enhance your stay, please see the available “Add-On Items” below.

SUGGESTED ADD-ON ITEMS

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for ANY reason, INCLUDING WEATHER, forfeits 50% of the reservation total, if canceling prior to 8/13/26, (30 days from event date). If canceling within 30 days of event date (after 8/13/26) no refund will be given. We do not issue full refunds unless we are able to fill your tent spot, this is not guaranteed and all bookings are final.

INDEMNIFICATION

Client hereby voluntarily and expressly releases, indemnifies, forever discharges, and holds harmless Company any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to Client, including those allegedly attributed to negligent acts or omissions. Should Company or anyone on behalf of Company be required to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce this agreement, Client expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company for all such fees and costs. In consideration of being permitted by Company to use its equipment, the undersigned agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company from all claims which are brought by the undersigned. Client acknowledges and certifies that Client has had sufficient opportunity to read the entire Rental Agreement and understands its content, and Client executes it freely and without duress of any kind and agrees to the terms herein stated. Client agrees to hold Company harmless from and against any all liability, claims, judgements, attorney’s fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance- installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY.

Client is fully aware of and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items contained in the Rental Agreement and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this Agreement and assume all of the aforementioned risks. Client agrees to release and discharge Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB) from all responsibility or liability from such injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the rental items. Client further agrees to waive, release, and discharge all claims for injury, death, or damage against Rustic Laundry, LLC (DBA: The Pop-Up BNB), which client otherwise may be entitled to assert.
