Glamping Village Rentals—

Our canvas bell tents can provide additional housing for guests that want to stay on-site but don’t have a room in the main lodge. We provide turn-key glamping villages for those larger accommodation needs. We handle the tent reservations, installation, teardown and management of the glamping village so all your guests need to do is simply show up and enjoy. Glamping tents not only provide you with an unlimited amount of lodging options but they also create a unique and memorable stay for your guests. Great for team building, weddings, family reunions, etc.

Booking Info—

We can create an itemized invoice for organizers wishing to book our services and then reservations would be handled internally with that organization assigning tents, etc. If organizer wishes to remain more “hands off” then we can create a custom booking page that looks somewhat like this information page in which guests can book/ reserve their own tent. This booking link is especially popular for retreats because it allows each of your guests the ability to hand select their specific type of tent and any add-on items they may like. Payment is handled by the guest booking the tent and we are managing those reservations so that the organizers can focus on the retreat! This custom booking link is also a great option if you have your own event site- you can just include the link there and it makes for a very simple booking process for your guests.

Package Options—

Our tents max out at 4 guests per bell tent and our bed configurations are completely bespoke. You can rent a single queen bed tent, double twins, double queens, 1 queen and 2 twin beds, etc. The interior configurations are completely up to you and your needs. Our mattresses are memory foam and come elevated on bed frames. Each furnished tent will have floor rugs, bed(s)/ bedding, decor, side table, lighting, luggage rack and 2 chairs. Each tent booking is for the ENTIRE EVENT, we do not charge per night, the pricing is inclusive of a 3 night event.

To Note—

Our tents are all “off-grid” meaning we do not require electricity to operate, nor do we provide electricity. If you would like to include a charging bank to keep your electronics fully charged you can do so from the “add-on items” list below.

We also have larger size tents that are great for VIP Suites or Bridal Suites/ Lounge/ Hangout areas. We can style these tents in a multitude of ways to fit your needs. In addition to our lodging tents, we have outdoor canopy tents and can setup outdoor seating/ hangout areas for a variety of uses.
